Refund policy

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED. We currently do not offer returns/exchanges for candy. Food items cannot be taken back for resale as it is a health code violation to resell candy that has left our building. Any refund issued is subject to store management approval and a 25% restocking fee, return shipping label fee, and 4% card merchant fee.

Refunds/Replacements
We will not issue any exchanges for candy if you choose a flavor you did not want or otherwise were not satisfied with. Candy cannot be resold due to health code violations. We WILL NOT issue refunds for melted candy/chocolate. Please be aware of your weather where you are located and refer to our shipping policy for hot weather shipping. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your candy that you received, please reach out to us via email shopcarrollscandies@gmail.com and we will investigate further. We take our product quality seriously and want to ensure you have exactly what you are looking for. However, if there is something wrong with the candy you purchased from us (it is spoiled or out of date) we will make a return exception on a case by case basis. We do our best to check that everything in store is in date except for our "Too Good To Go Bags" or clearance items as these are final sale products. In order for a return to happen under these circumstances, please bring back the uneaten portion of your candy (in person ONLY), your receipt whether that is in store or online, and the payment method in which you used to place the order, and the reason you are requesting a return. Refunds under this circumstance will only occur 7 days after initial purchase. Refunds back to a credit card/debit card may take up to 14 business days to post back to your account. Refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 4% merchant card fee. Returns/refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If you purchased the candy with Door Dash for delivery, any refunds or issues must be dealt with directly through DoorDash. If you purchased for pickup or in store, please see an associate in store.

Bloom is a white coating that can occur on chocolate products. This does not mean the candy is old or bad. When chocolate goes through temperature fluctuations, it can cause it to fall out of "temper". This causes the white coating you see sometimes on chocolate. With the constant temperature changes during shipment, this can occur but does not make the chocolate bad.

Candy Allergen Information
All candy that is not pre-packaged is packaged in house. While we do our absolute best to ensure cleanliness in between different candies/chocolates, there is still a possibility of cross contamination with allergens, especially with our Gourmet Chocolates Case as they are all placed inside the same case. Please take this in mind when ordering if you have special dietary restrictions as we CANNOT AND DO NOT guarantee any candy to be free from any allergen including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, gluten, gelatin, soy, dairy, sesame, eggs, and other common allergens.
